Pioneered the successful start-up of a national event /catering division for an $11 billion global food service provider. Achieved $12 million in new sales over a 4-year period.

Co-managed a Special Events Division a Fortune 500 company from the ground floor growing with annual sales 157% year two, with direct responsibilities for all areas of sales, marketing operations & business development.

Recognized as “Manager of the Year” 3 consecutive years for generating innovative business ideas within a and for consistently exceeding targeted sales growth.

Owned and operated a unique gourmet pizza concept and sold for significant profit.

Managed a 5 State region for a market leading purveyor of coffee with 250 retail locations and with sales revenues in excess of $18 million dollars.

Successfully revitalized an underachieving Chicagoland organic foodservice business increasing revenues 35% within 5 months.

Re-positioned business into a compelling brand receiving notable publicity & attention.



The real speak: I am an entrepreneur at heart and a real start-up kind of gal. I have owned small businesses and have been involved in the start of many ground floor companies and divisions.
